Simecom is a free Android app developed by SIMECOM S.R.L. that enables customers to manage their gas and electricity contracts with ease. All you need to do is download the app and register, using your contract code and auto-reading/service code, both of which are on the first page of your latest Simecom bill.
The app offers a range of features, including an account section where you can manage your account details, view your contract information, and control notifications. The notifications section provides a summary of all the communications from Simecom regarding gas and electricity supply, while the auto-reading section displays the latest reading uploaded to the system, specifying whether it was sent via the auto-reading service or technical service. You can even set a reminder in your calendar to take an auto-reading.
The payments section allows you to pay your bills using your credit card, with the entire payment process handled by the interbank circuit, ensuring that your credit card details remain private. The app also provides a web service that allows you to manage your billing preferences, update personal information, and even deactivate your supply. With the consumption section, you can view your gas and electricity consumption over the past two years, broken down by month and presented in a graph format.
